Sonic magnetic or have it so he always starts a level with a magnetic shield.

No. You can obviously place an Attraction Shield at the start of the level, though.

I heard about Binding L for getting 400 rings. How do you do that. If I can't magnetize Sonic for rings. And if someone says it isn't best to mess with the game (I know it will screw up something maybe) I really don't have much to loose in the data. I will just reinstal it... I guess.

My 2 Cents: Make it so sonic will start on a speed pad and spin into an attraction shield

Umm what if is in the special stages*put up wall incase of attack*
And I can't really use any good editors except XWE.
