I urge the mods to start handing out punishments. It has become annoying.

Frowning punishments

1) Give the user the benifit of the doubt that he has no idea how the internet works.

2)Tell user that frowning is frowned upon <---LOL

3)Tell a mod that action needs to be taken.

4)Chop the user's mouth off and burn it. (This action has already been done thanks to Akira Hedgehog.)

5)FLAME HIM TO NO END! MUAHAHAHA!









This is just a joke. Do not flame him, as it is "frowned" upon.
