Surprisingly, I pick OoT over TP. Twilight Princess just feels sortof empty to me, whereas OoT just strikes me as epically full of secrets.

Ah yes, how could I forget Majora's Mask? I remember spending days on end just screwing around to try and figure out what would change if I did X instead of Y. Definately a full game.

Where X is something random I can do, and Y is something else.
Like choosing to finish the last challenge of the couples mask quest, or checking to see what Romani Ranch is like on the last day if I don't. (You'd be suprised what can make a difference)
