Yes, the first one looks like he's moving his arms and legs but his head isn't moving at all.

I have other things to do, also...
But it's not an impossibility.
 
... if a SAtails and SAsonic were made the same as knux, you'd eventually get used to the bigness, and then if you switched back to normal, they'd look small(/random)
 
We already have a Tails wad. A good Tails wad, at that. Do Vector instead.
