ideally it wouldn't be that way but i'm pretty sure branches would be a massive pain. still really new to this :P

I will give it a try later though.
 
I don't mind the tree being square, but it does looks bland. A few branches might fix it?

fixed the colormap on the bridges and made the trees a little uneven.
i really want to try my hand at a 3d skybox, too bad i can't find the textures I want since it appears no one rips etrian odyssey games

It looks preety cool. About 3d skyboxes, I tried this too. You will get a bad result since png is not supported.
