I know that was unneeded, but my lack of activity here was mostly due to life and other things I like. However, I DID manage to get this done:

Erm, whoops. Yeah, this was a WIP. Was rejected though, so away it goes...

It's actually not finished just yet. This is for the following reasons:
  • More lua scripting could be used,
  • The skidding sound makes a static-y noise under SDL2 (the primary reason I'm holding off on releasing it), and
  • There might be a couple errors I didn't notice, due to my not using custom maps all that much. If anything goes wrong, please, by all means, let me know.
All that aside, I hope you find a bug or two (so I know what needs fixing before I actually release this!)
