Access violation during a modified game

I was playing, when suddenly, access violation!
The game hanged, and I closed it when the "srb2win.exe has stopped working" prompt appeared.

Based from the command line parameters, my game uses OpenGL and OpenAL and skips the intro.
It executes luatest.txt, a file with a bunch of aliases to quickly load Lua scripts, and svtest, a thing to rename and add colors to my server name.

I was playing a netgame with 1 other person (Steel Titanium) in Orbital Hangar and I was using my Chaos mode script, modified with the starting variable chaosMode.maxEntries set to 30 and a modified chaos.txt, which I've included just in case.

A wild guess of the problem are the bosses that spawn, or the giant multitude of mobj thinkers during a game, maybe both.

I don't recall what else was happening at the moment.

No matter about missing the crash reports thread (there's always next time I suppose =P), but anyhow...

I've gathered from this crash report that the game doesn't like it when Egg Slimer gets hit by an enemy that's not a player, unless it's a THZ turret or something else without MF_SHOOTABLE.
