Mouselook doesn't work

I haven't played SRB2 for a long time, and just when I decide to boot it up for nostalgia, everything goes to hell.

I can't use fullscreen because I get the SetDisplay Mode FAILED: Function Call Not Supported error. I solved that by using 640x480 windowed.

Then, when I started playing Singleplayer, mouselook didn't want to work. It only worked for moving the camera side-to-side and not up or down.

I am using 64-Bit Window 7, if that helps.

Try changing compatibility options.

Did you looked for the "Mouse options"?

Yes. I looked at the "Mouse options"?

Is ALWAYSMLOOK on?

Yes. And my issue is that I cant look up or down when I mouselook, only left or right, and even then it just spins in circles.
