Textures Glitch

So, While i was trying to port a kart racing pack just to port something to play with, I came across an awful error that eventually crashes your game.

Maybe it is because the textures were using kart textures, or maybe something conflicted with the srb2.srb. But here's one weird thing...

When I didn't try to add in the needed textures... the game has the spastic textures as normal...

I hear that apparently it has something to do with an animated textures, but none of the texture are animated... at all.

EDIT: Turns out, you don't need a texture lump to bring the textures into srb2... oopsies...
EDIT2: Turns out, these textures are completely hostile to srb2, however the owner of these custom textures imported them into srb2kart, it cannot be ported to 2.1.

I wanna wait for a response before I try to hand anyone the wad itself...

Well, it's almost certainly related to ANIMATED/ANIMDEFS - presumably it thinks there's a defined animation that spans almost the entire texture set (evidently including entries outside the legal range, if it's causing crashes)? Not much we can do without the WAD itself.
 
Actually, I found out it was an unknown glitch with the sky textures. For some reason maybe because they were invalid or something like that, it caused the textures to completely freak out. I solved this problem simply by not using the sky textures and replacing the sky textures in the levels with vanilla textures.
 
I still want to see the resource WAD to see what exactly went wrong with it, instead of just going
