How to beat final boss?

How do you beat the final boss? Its so.... hard!

I have no idea what to do. And theres only 1 ring. (Sucks for netgames) I thought of spindashing into his stomach but no... Do you have to make him hit himself?

Edit:they both work, one just works MUCH better
