Fixed Player animation speed isn't scaled

When a player is scaled up or down, the speed of their animation isn't scaled, leading to too slow animations when little and too fast animations when big.

It's actually sort-of scaled (thanks to merging with MFE), it just doesn't work 100% correctly. And it never will unless we toy with variables that would break OTHER things, that would break OTHER things... ...you get the idea.
