Using "Change Music" linedef excecutor on only one player?

Is it possible to use the "Change Music" linedef excecutor on one player only in multiplayer? For example, could I place such a linedef excecutor in a level and have the music change when the player passes a certain point, but have only the players who have passed that point hear the new music? Is it that way by default?
 
It is that way by default. There is currently no way to change the music for all players at once, save for flooding the entire level with an intangible FOF, I guess.
