Things that happen in match servers.

players complain (TALKHITER) but the person not stop to talk to the chat and still think is right.

players complain (LAGSHOOTER) but if it was to him, he also take advantage of the lag to shoot.

players complain (shoot while AFK) but If you do not want even lead shot while AFK is only become spectator and then enjoy the game to be ready, but do not want to listen to others and think is right.

What do you think from this?

Despite how awful the situation is... There's nothing you, or any of us can really do on this. People that do things like that are assholes, that's just real life, and worse yet, the internet, there's nothing you can really do about it, and as rude as it may sound...
