I'll explain:
In Tag, dying by any means other than by someone who is IT (which is considered "suicide") should mean you become IT yourself too.
In Hide & Seek, suicide should instead mean you've been "found" and you are merely marked as a "tagged" player.
The issue here is, the intended suicide behavior for these two gametypes got mixed up with each other by mistake. In other words, Tag has H&S's suicide behavior, and H&S has Tag's suicide behavior!
