Your thok barrier ceiling and floor height were way lower than your sectors and you had some missing textures also.
 
Sectors 3 and 5 both seem to be the thok barrier and they both end up being way lower than the sectors inside and there is missing textures when you fix that you get missing textures. It probably has to do with how the level was made.
 
Ok, I think I found out why...

If the floor inside is any higher than the Thok Barrier's CEILING HT (Keyword), software mode will render the sky overlapping the center area within the thok barrier. (Which is why you can't see half of the area.)

However, OpenGL doesn't do this, I recall this because I had a Special Stage map which did this in software, but it didn't in OpenGL, and since SRB2 v2.0 doesn't support OpenGL anymore...

You could try using FOFs if that will work or redo the level.

Also, I notice that the white lines on the outer area are double sided, is it suppose to be like that?
