Ok, so i have my emulator, and the FULL game of sonic adventure 2, i put it into my hard drive, but i don't know how to open it with my emulator, and yes it is the dreamcast SA2, i just want to know if it's possible to play it without getting BIOS files, and if it is possible, could someone help?

No.

Also, if you're avoiding them because of legality, your SA2 image is illegal. So it really doesn't matter at this point, now does it? =P

Is it against the rules to get pmed the BIOS? if it isnt, could you send me them/it please

No, I'm not linking you the BIOS. Get them the way I did. Look around.

Were? google? i get aload of cheat websites when i type sa2 bios and sonic adventure 2 bios, can't i get it off my game disc or somthing?

No, you can stream it off your Dreamcast AFAIK
