The master servers still up yet it refuses to connect to it(wheather it be creating a game or searching for one)

Am I banned or something

Like I tried to tell you, the Master Server is for people who are looking to play SRB2 the way it is meant to be played. When people see the little C beside your server's name, they'll come in thinking it's a Co-Op game, only to discover that it's really a Roleplay server. If you want to chat, hangout, roleplay, or do anything else other than play SRB2, you shouldn't advertise your server on the Master Server.
 
yes.

RPing can be a bitch for everyone who wants to play a main game. if you want to RP, play SRB2JTE and go to SRB2 universe(if that is still breaking the rules thail tell me evean though i never tryed it.).
 
so i'm permanently banned...thats just plain stupid

you act like Ive done this before. I Host other games to you know.
And if its really that bad why can't we make a password oriented game where we invite people to RP?

If that isn't clear enough, I don't know what is. RP servers have been banned for months now, and FuriousFox came in and TOLD you that and you directly told him to screw off. If that isn't asking for a ban, I don't know what is.

If you want to make a role playing server, do not advertise it on the master server. It's that simple. Connect via IP address like we all did before 1.09.
 
Now, not to be rude, but this is the first time I've seen Hoodboy Tails host anything that isn't a ctf match.
And he was a really good host too, well, maybe at least for a n00b like me.
 
So when i get my ban lifted in about a month will i recieve a Email or PM or something?

looks like it's time to go bargain bin diving at EB games :)
 
I think the way it works is that you're completely banned from the Master Server for 1 week, then for the next 3 weeks after that you can view servers, but not advertise them.
