I just delete everything as it appears on the desktop. The only reason I leave the ones that are there there is because those are the only things I go to from when I boot up my computer.

I do have mIRC in the Startup, though, so I automatically load it and once I click the "You haven't registered" thing, it automatically logs into all the networks and channels I use. Instead of using the desktop icons, I just use the Start Menu to find random programs I need.

I tend to use my desktop to its fullest extent, seen in this image I recently captured of mine. I scaled it down a bit, as 1280x1024 is a bit intense for web viewing.

The wallpaper is of my creation. I find free time all over the place in my graphics and web design class, and that's just what I've been working on in the past few weeks. Photoshop pryde, yo, and whatever it is they say.

Whee! :D http://www.freewebs.com/jaketheechidna/Jake's%20Desktop.PNG please say it works! >>

Edit: Nevermind, it works perfectly. =/

The way Tets has the sides of that square tilted in his BG makes it look like his monitor's about to tip over. :E

Quite! A rectangle aligned with the screen made the image look too static, so I did that. It added a surprising amount of dynamic quality to the background.

As far as I can tell, it's some image sharing website's built in cool thing. But I made mine myself. Hey a441, at least I'm not so proud of my stupid, ugly desktop... But it suits my needs, I guess. I like the way Snort designed his, but it doesn't seem too functional, if you know what I mean.

http://home.ripway.com/2004-10/190552/desktop.gif STARE STARE STARE!!!!

Yeah yeah, it's sorta clogged, but look at the start toolbar. That's wierd with the bubbly buttons eh? And youll be suprised to hear THAT IS WINDOWS 98!!!! :D :D :D

EDIT: I lowered the quality to 256 so that it would load fast for dialup users.

I found a program on the internet that uses MSPaint's interface, but it has the strengths of Paintshop Pro 8. I think it's called Advanced Paint.

Bah. All I need is Paint and something to make a specific color be "transparent". With SRB2 this is easy, as it makes the transparency for you.
