Foward the port 5029 to your static IP.

And if it is from Comcast/Xfinity, then you will have to tinker with the router settings yourself. You can get your parents or customer service to help you get into your router, just make sure you tell them why. My parents were kinda peeved at me when I was messing with things in there and the net went out on them when I updated some settings... =P
Also, Google is a good source to look for information on how to port forward.

You don't need static ip to host. I got dynamic ip and i still can host.
