Fixed NIGHTS Bumpers are affected by the object flip flag?

I was in SRB2DB, trying out the flag combinations in a test map so I could update the NIGHTS Bumper Thing's page on the SRB2 Wiki... but when I went in-game to see what the flags did, I ended up with this:

It looks like the Object Flip flag has an effect on the bumper's pitch.

That's what it should do. What it shouldn't do is flip the NIGHTS Bumper as well.

This issue has been fixed in the private SVN (r5871).
