Question regarding editing tutorials

Hi! I'm a new member to this forum, but have played SRB2 for more than a year. I only started editing recently, using SLADE 3. I was wondering if which one of the texture/flat adding tutorials in the SRB2 wiki I should use, or if I should use a tutorial from another place.

Oh, and is this the correct forum? I got confused with which one to post in.

Unfortunately, we don't have a custom texture tutorial for SLADE yet. I've been meaning to make one, but I'm honestly not familiar enough with custom textures. Your best bet is probably to use the tutorial for SLumpEd, SLADE's predecessor, which has a similar interface. Some things may be different though, so if you can't figure something out, don't be afraid to ask here.

Oh, and for further reference, the "Editing Help" forum is the correct one. But no biggie, I'm sure a mod can move the thread for you.

Thanks. I got confused with where to put it because it is for something that regards the wiki, yet still involves editing.
