(OpenGL 64-bit) More graphical issues not present in 2.1.20

Title says OpenGL 64-bit, but these might be an issue in 32-bit as well?
Thanks to Spectrum for supplying the images.



Anyway, these vertical lines now appear on walls almost everywhere when seen from a distance

Here are two of them appearing on an outside wall of sf94-city, nowhere near a linedef vertex either.

Here the entire wall to the left of the opposing staircase is covered in black lines, these seem to be related to vertices on the linedef though, as is the case with countless other maps that now look..pretty bad.

And as you can see they're not there when you get near the wall itself anymore.








Now, a probably unrelated issue in ERZ2: notice the left part of the laser.

Apart from these issues, I could swear textures now look...(I don't really know how to explain it well, more pixelated? more aliased?), especially transparent ones such as fences, compared to v2.1.20, any idea what is up with that?
 
I've sent you a link to download the .wad file, it's an unreleased private wad.


The map is map36, coordinates of this specific example more or less (but there are others):
X: -11961
Y: 1806
Z: 492
A: 260
