Fixed [2.1.15] Super Sparks Don't Scale With the Player

(I changed the last vidmode to TRIPLE MONITOR SUPPORT CONFIRM but have changed nothing else (and of course had I changed object behavior somewhere I would not be posting this here))

It's a bit hard to see, but the sparks are just as large when you're tiny as they are when you're full-sized (and if shields can/do automatically change I'm assuming sparks can/should too).

I can confirm this also happens on an unmodified srb2win, version 2.1.14.

(Or a little modified. SetRings was used to give myself 5000 rings.)
 
I don't have the time to test this, but I think I've fixed this issue in a pull request I've just submitted. You can find it here.
