I never bothered breaking them all. What I DID do was go through it as Knuckles. No Emerald Token... but I did find his emblem.

An Emerald Token, Knuckles Emblem, & a set of springs which lead to rings. That's about it.

There's a 1-up box as well, actually.

Did I bother to try breaking all the blocks? Certainly NOT.

In fact, I avoid that whole path entirely in DSZ2. It's tedious and annoying.

The first time I encountered the block puzzle, I quickly decided I wanted to finish it off. I enjoyed it greatly.

However, in consequent playthroughs, I've been slightly annoyed by the gimmick because it lost its charm.

All you really have to do is face forward and go straight, turning maybe once or twice...

If you're just going for time through that room, you want to enter around the mid-left, go straight until you hit a wall. Turn left, go straight until you hit a wall, then turn right and you'll exit the room if you go straight.

You only stop dead if you're trying to move diagonally.

But the Emerald Token, not really.
It is Really easy to find the token! Once you get out turn around and go to the left wall and go in that section.

You should find it with little to no problems.

First time I was in DSZ2, I busted them all. I think it took me about 23 minutes too, lol!

Thats what I thought. Do the higher blocks fall for being unsupported?

To get through that area quickly I usually just go against the wall.

It took me a long time to smash them all, it was very annoying though.

So I just took the time to find Knux's emblem in there.

I never want to touch a breakable object again after that. D=
