The gametype was co-op. They were in there for more than seven minutes. I warned them that they were wasting bandwidth, but they said that making a movie isn't against the rules. I tried to explain what it was they were doing, but they didn't listen. They kicked, and banned me.

Karuno, the IP address of the server you reported above is wrong. That IP address is an innocent address; remember that the IP address is always shown at the top of each server when listserving. The reported server's IP can be found in your log; just look around for it.

I've been to the server sometime ago. Yes, the movie making is official, and I'm part of it. I'm worried that he was waiting for this other person part of the movie, and me. I've given him my MSN so we can contact each other of the movie, and specify a time when to enter his server. He had then successfully added me. When I first entered the server and found out he was making a movie, I warned them in advance that it was against the rules to make an RP movie when advertised on the Master Server. I've told him to enter the commands, ALLOWJOIN 0 and INTERNETSERVER 0, when making the movie. After leaving his server since he had to leave, I never received any message from him via MSN.

I've entered his server today after realizing his server has been reported. He was playing CTF, and after winning against him by scoring points and hitting him, I've been kicked from the server. Even if I can consider him a friend at that time, but then let down this time, I can say the report has been well made. Only problem, change the IP address you mentioned into the proper one. If you can't find it in the log, Torgo has a report of the exact server (below).

Reason: Extreme foul language near the beginning of the server and the group of people were hanging out in JTE's city, I arrived at the time being around 30 minutes.

Is it really the safest thing to post people's ip in public? Also what is the point of this? People who have dynamic ip addresses will have their ip address change in about 2 days. For cable users whose ip is fixed based on their routers mac address can change that as well.

If people decided not, then we wouldn't be having any netgames, since, y'know, you need to join those IPs to get to netgames.
Also what is the point of this? People who have dynamic ip addresses will have their ip address change in about 2 days.
A dynamic IP address is limited to a certain range (such as 192.186.10.*, where * is any number below 256), so by setting a ban on that whole range, dynamic IP addresses aren't a problem.

For cable users whose ip is fixed based on their routers mac address can change that as well.
If they change it, they would be ban evading. Once we spot them, Logan just bans them again.

Guys, foul language is only against the rules when its in the title. Maybe some of you should actually read the ms rules as well as the first post in this topic <<. http://ssntails.sepwich.com/mb/viewtopic.php?t=5305

I respond to this with...

5. No sex, porn, or cybering. Remember, there are younger audiences playing SRB2 online, some as young as 8 years old. They do not need to be exposed to this sort of stuff, and personally, I don't think many of the older audiences will like it either. Try to at least keep your netgames rated PG-13.

*Points to Bold*

The language said in the netgame would disgust almost anyone...

I've ran into PG-13 movies with some strong cursing in them.
Also, "Try to at least keep your netgames rated PG-13." Refers to "No sex, porn, or cybering"

Yeah. Not even the F word in a netgame is worth banning for.

Unless excessive cursing goes under the category of stupidity.

Wow. SSNTails really has to disable SA city in 1.1. Its getting annoying to see these people use it for hangout. >-<

Spending 5 minutes on a level is waiting on a person when there are no other objectives on said level, is hangout

And a quote from you while I was on your server the first time:
<armonte> WAIT TILL R5 MINUYTES,
You only said this when I completed a level, when you all were doing nothing but standing around talking.

People Think coop is a fast *** race to the end but its not. its co operative mode. team work. work together. You just dont go the end and finish. thats what race is for. and 2 you didnt even warn me so next time report the right way.

He also said that in his other games, not just the one you were in.
