Ip joining help

Ground the fox is trying to join by Ip.
Its taking like over 10 minutes and he said it isn't working.

Suggestion/help on how long it should take?
Or is their a problem?
 
Should take as long as MS joining.

Make sure the host has his ports forwarded and if you still get issues, tell the host to start SRB2 with the command line parameter "-udpport 5029"
