Then clearley you didn't read all of it. You need a WAD editor. XWE is the best, someone around here has a link in there signature to a page with XWE beta set up correctly.

Edit: Click the link in DarkWarrior's signature. It has the XWE beta set up right. It's XWE beta you want.
 
Ok, here's what I've got to say, step by step.
Make S_Skin, if you don't know how to do that then you didn't read the page.

Make about 200 sprites.

Add S_Skin to the WAD

Add the sprites to the WAD

That's how you make a character.
 
You two are hijacking the topic discussion. Isn't there a rule against that?
