Enabling OBJECTPLACE for Multiplayer

I wanna enable OBJECTPLACE for multiplayer(for testing purpoes only,after i dont know if i can release the mod or not),but i dont know what file is it.
So can someone tell me the name of the file for the objectplace command,please?

Objectplace does not work in multiplayer for a multitude of reasons. There WAS a code for it at one time, but it's not functional anymore.
