You give us something new to talk about, and we'll have something to talk about. How do you plan to fix an issue found in everyone elses maps?

This still presents problems. If you're at the start of the level, all monitors will face that direction, which means that they will still be facing odd directions.
 
Erm, monitors loop states. The monitor will always be cycling through the state that says A-FaceTarget, quite simply because monitors have that static-y frame.

I suggest finding the nearest player, and facing him until it finds him, let's say 256 units away.

Lolz SOCTalk herez: Start on a custom state. Use A_FindTarget one tic to find the nearest player, then use A_FaceTarget to look at them. Then use A_Look to search for them. If not found, go back to the A_FindTarget state. If so, then go to the regular monitor state.
