Mugen help

I need Help on these things:

1.)Does any know where to get stage editor thats in english? Because every site I try gives me one in some other language.

2.)How do you work mcm so that when I get ready to add a sprite the picture actually shows.

3.)On the picture file when I get ready to add a sprite it says pcx file, but I don't know what program I need to use to make pcx files, so if anyone knows please tell me.

I know 2 and 3.

2) I would actually prefer using Fighter Factory, rather than MCM. It's a bit easier in my opinion. Also, you probably shouldn't start from scratch,
but edit KFM.

3) Photoshop is a good one to make .PCX files.

Okay I'll use fighter factory, but where can I find it?
