Divide-by-zero crash with eip=004c460c, occured in a test map of mine involving portals in particular, easily reproducable when approaching one of the portals in particular way:

Error occured on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 14:59:55.

Already had a look myself and it appears the area at fault is at line 587, r_segs.c:
dc_iscale = 0xffffffffu / (unsigned)spryscale;
Test map the crash occurs in:

To reproduce: go to the portal to the right as you start, orient yourself so you can see the nearest midtexture jungle grass bunch partially visible through the portal (partially hidden because it goes outside of the viewing range of the portal). Move around thereabouts and you should get the crash.

EDIT: oh yeah, and maxportals needs to be at least 2 or more, apparently the issue is also to do with viewing portals through portals.
