Doom Builder 2 refusing to install

Now you guys know I've made the DB2 Config. But my computer corrupted and I lost DB2 and the configs I had. Pah, who cares about configs, but now Doom Builder 2 is refusing to install saying I don't have the latest version of Microsoft .NET Framework and then when it tries to download, it fails and asks me to start again.
I've tried downloading .NET Framework manually, but to no avail, the link doesn't work (download.microsoft.com doesn't respond) but I somehow managed to get v4 on there (don't ask how). Not only does it still say I don't have the latest version I still can't redownload it.
Anyone have any solutions? Or can someone upload a zip of all the files that make DB2?

Except that he's looking for DB2, not SRB2DB.

Wait.. Why is he looking for DB2? Why not just use SRB2 Doom Builder?

Because SRB2 Doom Builder isn't as neato as DB2.

Now, back to the serious bussiness:

SRB2 Doom Builder crashes with Windows Vista, even if you DO get it to run (eg. corrupts maps randomly).
And uh, Ezer.Arch, the file isn't available anymore...

Probably there's some restriction for being EXE.

Oh goody, it says I have it installed, I hit repair and then it practically stops halfway through. No error message, the bar just stops. Unless this file is 100GB, it should be moving.
