I've decided to pick up SRB2Kart again but I've ran into a problem. Singleplayer or multiplayer, regardless of what server I'm in, I have a sizeable amount of input delay. I don't have VSynch enabled.

So, i'm not sure why, but for some reason the console covers the entire screen with the STJR splashscreen rather than the translucent box it's supposed to be. Along with this, it can only display one message at a time. Is there some option i accidentally ticked?
