    Blue Heaven - revert gamedata!!!!!

Quick patch to revert the gamedata to the previous one. I changed it thinking that the new zones would break the old gamedata, but it seems fine enough and I wouldn't want people to lose progress.

Blue Heaven - v0.7: softlock fix + Arid Ruins Zone

Sorry for taking so long to release a fix to the MWZ2 softlock, I'm a forgetful person. This update also adds Arid Ruins Zone, a zone intended for the pack that never made it into a full release (but did make it into a 2.0 port that I don't know the author of) which was released across OLDCs in...

If it helps, the first v0.6.2 release (with the UDMF maps) doesn't have this issue.

Since UDMF is standard now, a v0.7 patch will be released soon-ish, within a week probably. I'm lazy so who knows? This doesn't seem to happen in the latest build, so it'll be fixed once v0.7 is finished.

    Wow, so much has changed!

Welcome back! While we've before, I definitely recognize your name from the occasional historic browse through old wiki articles and forum posts, so it's for sure pleasant to see someone from so long ago return. I only joined the wider community in 2019, but I'll do my best to point you...

That statement of mine about the binary format possibly not being supported in v2.3 was purely speculation, thanks for clearing that up - I had not heard anything official regarding binary's future and had only noticed the heavy push for UDMF in the future, so it was just an educated guess. Even...

    Blue Heaven - v2.2.10-compatible release

Due to my poor decision making, I decided it would be a good idea to release a level pack incompatible with the latest version and expect people to run an unstable version of the game. While I will release all future versions for v2.2.11+, I've decided to release a version compatible with...

Given what Tatsuru said earlier and how much feedback I've heard, I think porting it to UDMF right away might've been a mistake for a public release. For the sake of accessibility until v2.2.11, I'll whip together a v2.2.10 supported build for the time being. It was my bad to rely on people...

Loading the mod into v2.2.10 results into many features not working properly or at all, due to the partial UDMF implementation. Midtextures aren't pegged, water becomes opaque, platforms and crushers break, and all sector types are broken - including exit signs. As I said, it's unplayable. :p

I'd like to add that binary format isn't getting axed for v2.2.11, and it will just be slowly deprecated in favor of UDMF. UDMF will absolutely be the standard for v2.3 and beyond though, and I have no doubts that binary could possibly be axed in the distant future. Instead of a coin toss of...

Blue Heaven - v0.6.2 - a day one patch day one patch

This version fixes some title card code jank, which I deemed important enough to just release as-is. Consider this a v2.2.2 situation, if that's a relevant reference 3 years later. Don't expect regular updates, since for now this port is complete. Also updated the thread to link a build of next...

I decided to do so for maintenance reasons. UDMF is planned to be the default mapping format going forward, so having all the maps in UDMF now will save me the hassle of doing it later, say, for v2.3 if binary was chopped. Plus, UDMF is way easier to map for and I want to MRv6 this pack at some...

In theory, yes, but by compiling a build from source or obtaining one from one of the many merge request threads on GitLab you can obtain a build with UDMF support as the code is present in recent builds of the next branch. If you can't compile for whatever reason, ask someone on the Discord in...
