    I think the T-rex could work better as a miniboss setpiece before the actual Eggman boss. imagine having to run away from it while it lunges and bites at you, having to jump at its head when it misses. Think something like the T-rex in that old Jurassic Park arcade game mixed with the City...

    TBH the new Adventure Sonic run cycle looks kinda robotic and stiff. I prefer the old way where he had a little bounce in his step.

    Eyy thanks for fixing Xmomentum Amy! I love how the new run cycles feel much more 'wheel-like' than the old ones lol.

    There should be some kind of 3D model draw distance cap. Like say if there's more than 50(?) models around the player at once then anything else becomes its sprite version. I use models for cacti and am getting some unnecessarily bad lag in Sandy Night Zone (OLDC 2023)

    The draw distance max value should be increased a few hundred since it does actually make a performance difference in some bigger UDMF maps but also causes distracting pop-in at the max setting in the same maps.

    Bouncing off an enemy and into a pit is an air control problem, not a thok problem. I could do the same thing just short-hopping into them while going fast. Oh wait 2.2 doesn't let Sonic go fast without using the thok. What obvious bigger problem could possibly be motivating new players to abuse...

    I don't see why just making the thok momentum-based wouldn't suffice. Just have it not go particularly far when Sonic's at a standstill but perhaps make it boost you even further than the <2.2 thok once you're at higher speeds? And maybe holding jump after could give you a slight vertical boost...
