Making Zone Builder multiplatform -- is it possible?

Does it even keep up to date with Doom Builder at this point? Does that get updated? If not, I really liked the idea of SRB2 Workbench and still prefer it as far as speed is concerned. We ought to make something in say, C++/Qt or GTK that just works everywhere.

    SRB2 Launcher - 2.1 compatible!

I wouldn't call it a great example by any means (one of my first C# projects), but I've had it up on GitHub for a while. https://github.com/SonicFreak94/srb2-lawnchair Consider the license WTFPL.

    Spaddlewit Easter Egg!

I'll be honest, I didn't notice it either. I had to go look for it after seeing this.

    Sonic 06 PC Port

Defensive response there, but looking at my last post I came off like an ass. I didn't tone check before posting, sorry.

    SRB2 Launcher - 2.1 compatible!

That sounds to me more like you hit the limit on command line length.

    Sonic 06 PC Port

You're not very good at this Luke. That thing is made in Unity. In the latest video, you can see "Development Build" in the bottom right, which is a Unity thing.

    SRB2 Launcher - 2.1 compatible!

I don't remember ever implementing a limit, but I'm glad I accidentally fixed it! =P

    SRB2 Launcher - 2.1 compatible!

If anybody still plays this game and uses my launcher, I have a test version I'd like you to try out. Download here. The version number is v1.7 because reasons. This version, other than being renamed, can read and write SRB2 config files. My implementation is pretty awful (and pretty old now...

    SF94-Serv

Because it's fun to take advantage of? You act as if anything in this mod has a need to be there. And you followed "literally only does this one aesthetic thing" with "I guess the extra ability it adds is ok", so I feel like this is a moot point. A more valid criticism of this feature would...

    SF94-Serv

I know, I just wanted to be clear that I probably won't be involved with any particularly major changes. Although as it stands now, none of his map editors can save Neon Night without crashing, so he'll probably need to use SRB2DB for that =P

    SF94-Serv

This is by design. The way the lobby switches themes is a hack and would be unnecessarily complicated to revert, thus I restricted use after the first entry. I'm not sure what's up with this - similar things happen to dropped items. In Speedwagon's gif, you can see that there are green rings...

    Name your first game!

Some of you guys make me feel old with your gamecube-era first games. My first game played was Sonic 2 & Knuckles with a few other awesome games like Beyond Oasis. The first game I owned was either SA1 or SA2 on the Dreamcast (my family has been through far too many copies), or Sonic Heroes...

    Character Balance Discussion

Since the idea is keeping abilities consistent between modes, I'm against the idea of increasing the minimum glide speed for Knuckles. Having just played a bit of SRB2 to check something unrelated, keeping control over the glide in small areas is rather cumbersome. And before anyone compares...

    SRB2 Launcher - 2.1 compatible!

There's not much I can do about resolution problems one way or the other. It works for the most part right now (Resolutions above 640x400 in software windowed mode?! FINALLY!), but it's otherwise SRB2's fault and not the launcher.

    "Casual" wads?

The reason for that is I updated it rather frequently for a long time. That doesn't sound like too much of an issue on its own, right? This is the part where I mention it was around 40MB with the highest level of compression I could get my hands on, and I had a 30KB/sec upload speed (on a good...

    SRB2 Hub (1.3)

You say that as if I think this ruins the whole thing for me. It's just some texture alignment, and I was just trying to be clear about my point. Nothing major. You're welcome I suppose, and thanks.

    SRB2 Hub (1.3)

I definitely get that, but I guess I just wasn't expecting eggrock for example to be exactly the same right off the bat (until you go around a bend). I figured I made it pretty clear when I said it drove me crazy and also mentioned that it's a pet peeve of mine. And I don't think you get what...

    SRB2 Hub (1.3)

I didn't take the time to look at anything other than the hub(s) in particular since I'm not particularly interested in the hangout area (although I quickly ran through it), but from what I did look at, I'd say this is quite nice. I do have a few issues with it, however. The hubs themselves...

It's back... (SRB2 Mumble that is!)

It's hardly changed at all since I first used it. I guess it's something, though. And TeamSpeak is perfectly free as long as you're fine with the user limit with a free server license (32) and hosting it yourself. I would totally join, but my hate for mumble's UI (among other glaring issues) is...
