WHAT IS PROTOTRACK?
A new track from yours truly. Didn't start with a specific visual theme in mind as I started it as a prototype...and eventually turned that into the motif. And that's how that prototype track turned into Prototrack.

I did check that out, though it does bring some questions about the legality of the mod or even discussing it here since its an outside update from the MB (which is why I haven't updated my guide to cover that updated version as it doesn't reflect the one here which was posted before the dev's...
If this does happen every time and it seems that its because the computer has trouble running both instances at the same time (or if you notice that with one its already laggy, it likely will be even more with two)...then that might unfortunately be all that it is. That said, I sometimes also...
Probably one of the windows will always look a bit laggy/choppy because of being unfocused; the idea is that you will only play on the one where you control yourself while the other window, while getting to see it is an extra, is only there to have the extra bots ingame.
You need to run different instances of SRB2Kart with different ports, something that you do with a batch file or the CMD window; I still have to update this guide one day to make that specific process much easier to understand. Also yes and no, the no splitscreen setup can work either LAN or...
I already liked the whole "Arcade-themed" inspiration and idea for this level pack, but the full extent of the jam absolutely sold me on this; best of luck on this!!

Ah, I didn't see this before (MB notified me about a review but not about a message here? weird); sucks that I happened to miss this for the first patch. I'll see if I can patch it up and find anything else to tweak so that v1.6b doesn't feel like a microscopical change
