Added command "enableranks", allows you to enable and disable ranking in record attack. Fixed the HUD being inconsistent depending on your resolution.

This is pretty minor, however, I can't think of anything else that needs change so this might be the last super minor update. -Tier 3 Knuckles is now unable to deal damage while gliding -Added more information to the "eclisehelp" command.

it's incredibly situational, you can only do it while using speed shoes or after spindash jumping then flying towards the water. however, tier 3 can stomp enemies without needing to spin

Fixed the Tier 2 Amy buff not working as intended (my b)

Have you tried "eclisehelp" in console? it displays information about every tier for every character
