Volume is Maxed. Sound is Maxed. Nothing wrong in Playback Devices. My friend who plays SRB2 has perfect sound. I've tried redownloading the music.dta. Nothing works. Help?

I can't hear anything, yet the mixer says my volume is turned up all the way and srb2 is making music. I've re-installed the game yet the Music.dta doesn't seem to be the problem. How can I fix this?

My hosting STILL isn't working on the master server.

Yesterday, I introduced him to SRB2. He loves it. HOWEVER.... After 3-4 hours of ability to host, his hosting isn't working anymore. He did NOT have to portforward. It was PERFECT without lag. His server IS on the master server. How can he fix this?
