    another request/complaint: the console log makes seeing players' info at the top of the screen very difficult. it'd be nice if this info were moved somewhere else, such as the bottom of the screen.

    this map, while we were testing it, was the most fun i've had with SRB2 Battle since Kirby. which is pretty funny since this is also, in a way, from Kirby. basically this is the logical evolution of those old smash bros mods and i couldnt be happier. :)

    a new personal complaint/request: please bring back the shared smash bros-esque camera for 2D battle mode, or make it an optional client-side toggle/cvar. i miss being able to see everything at once even if it was very zoomed out.

    more! 2D! maps! the group i played a session with all pretty much decided that the 2D map in the pack was the best one. the shared smash bros-esque camera made keeping track of everything really easy and added a larger feeling of involvement. i want moooooooore.

    having played the new version with some friends for a little while, we all came to the conclusion: Amy's tornado is very over-powered. It's fine in the larger normal maps, but in the Arena maps it cleans house and no one can really contest her ever. Metal Sonic also feels slightly under-powered...

    the jazz band is irritating and i echo the complaints about the run button but otherwise this is very well-done. i've always loved the werehog's design. good work. a toggle for the Chip follower as well might be nice. i'm not a fan of him.

    I don't have a massive argument to put forth, but I'm glad saves are per-act now. It just makes people less frustrated when they game over. And people probably don't come to a Sonic game to feel frustrated. If I wanted that, I'd go play VVVVVV or Celeste or something. This change makes failure...

    Doubling on what Salt said about Egg Robo's ability, I think he probably just needs a new one altogether, as the bomb is just too similar to Fang. Maybe something to do with his foam finger home-run attack in CEZ3?
