Hol up Ima actually try and help. Ok so by default the Jana Model is in the folder for MMODELS. You put JANA MMODELS/JANA.md3 3.0 0.0 in the models.dat in your SRB2 file. And it should work. Sorry if it doesn't.

I assume you put JANA/MMODELS/JANA.md3 3.0 0.0 in the models.dat.

So what you gotta do is copy one of the models.dat files and then name the md3 JANA and the character JANA, it should work
