Epic glitch. (I restarted my srb2 to see if there was something wrong with a wad and it happened vanilla and i had to time it perfect)

I should've asked this months ago but why when i host a big file [like sonic 06] no one can join i even use "maxsend max" do it depends on how strong your phone/computer is or something else?

So i was starting up 2.2.9 the thing i realized was the resolution but thats a different thing i downloaded some addons restarted srb2 and it said no addons found thats 1 problem another problem on 2.2.8 opengl runs 10/10 when i run opengl on 2.2.9 this happens now im softlocked i reinstalled...

This is it, When i turn it on (i think its flats or... idk) it dont load or something. Thanks in advanced if u can help me!
