It's not a bad map. It's pretty wide open, and doesn't work too well in smaller games. Frankly, the map works better on Mario Kart than on SRB2.

I've noticed that the server list has seemed slightly empty as of late. I don't know about everyone else, but it's been school starting that's had me offline more often. Why would people prefer 1.09.4? 2.0 has most everything the old version did, as well as more content and improvements.

To be able to host a netgame, you have to forward port 5029. The method on how to do this varies slightly depending on the type of router you have. If you do not have an internet router, it is impossible to forward ports. You can visit this guide for detailed instructions.
