According to 7-zip it's really a rar file... with zip as the file extension for some reason. Which some stuff like Windows' zip extractor don't like.

Where you even get the patch from, it's not even officially released yet. Besides, regardless of the patch, srb2dd.exe shouldn't be used anyways, it's not supported, and only exist for compatibility...
