That fix would be fine with me as the shadows would at least be useful on slopes then.

Shadows underneath the player are such a standard for 3D platform games that I'm surprised SRB2 doesn't at...

Adding this wad seems to increase Knuckles's jump height for whatever reason.

Not really a big deal, but it does break levels that have paths they don't want Knuckles to go on.

Opengl shadows display incorrectly on slopes

Opengl shadows seem to always appear at the highest point of a slope rather than staying below you.

Personally, I think the best way to handle it would be to change the homing attack to a slow thok instead.

Then there wouldn't be a need to change buttons around, and you'd never homing attack...
