Need help with S_SKIN lump

Hey guys, PowerShows here with need of assistance. My mod is saying some error and I've searched on google for help, imported a working S_SKIN lump and edited it.
I've tried everything and I'm here now. I'll just upload the file layout here. If you can spot the error, please tell me how to fix it.
