I know it's been mainly me posting on this thread lately but...

While making this I realised that, they had to do it for 5000 sprites, no wonder this game took 5 years to come out.
And I have tips for people that would want to try making some sprites too, firstly don't overdo on shading, second (Idk if that's a animation rule, but you still can do it) when the sprite is static, like hud for example, trace it a few times, so when put in motion it will wobble a bit due to imperfections, it's pretty boring to trace the same sprite few times, but the effect is worth it.
And the minimum amount that you have to trace the sprite is 3, atleast from my experience.
(And you can use all the sprites I made for anything you want.)

I made a fan concept for sonic CD a few years ago. When Sonic finds this big flower, and run past it at full speed, the little seeds will detach from the flower and glide all over the stage making the whole stage covered in flowers, this would one of the requirements for the good future in the act.

Made a normal running animation (Could be used as normal walking or mach 2).
And other idle, it would be used when pizza time is active, or when sonic has 0 rings left.
