zeke the hedgehog (custom character)

I've been working on a custom character recently and I'm wondering if someone can help me with some of the code like when he hits full speed for example he goes into a state where if he runs into badniks he kills them immediately but if he stops the effect ends, if you know how to help please let me know. with this post is a image of a basic design for the character and I'll keep updating it as i go.

UPDATE!!! I've finally god a lot of this mod done, a lot of the sprites have been finished and it's been going along well, i know it's been at least 6 months since i updated this project, but it takes a long time to figure out how to code. included here is some footage showing zeke in action, his main abilities are the homing attack, and his dash state, but i'm thinking of adding some other stuff along the line, I've also gotten his super transformation completed, along with what he'll look like in super form, you can also see his icon in the select screen and record attack screen.
there should be a lot more to come following this so i hope you guys keep your eyes peeled

Well, He recalls me a old sonic fan characters from old newgrounds flash animations.
They else were like a dragon ball characters.

Will you release this mod when its complete? also, what sonic game and version do i need to run it.

i'm gonna release it, and you'll be able to run it on the more recent versions of the game
