why would you need to complete smth from another addon to unlock it? plus wouldn't make any sense tbh. to stay on topic, uhhh x sonic is cool, hyped for it.

No problem man! take all the time you need, I've been working on a very simple character myself, and even that is taking it's sweet ass time, so I've got a decent idea how long and hard it has to be to make something of THIS magnitude
 
I'm also really surprised that this thread hasn't been locked or shut down with all the stuff that people have been saying, and especially the amount of off-topic comments about... school? Life? Stuff that doesn't pertain to discussion of the mod.
Wish I was around to check it more often so I can put my foot down and let the MB admins know. (Well, one of them already knows of the stuff that goes on here and isn't too happy about it). But yeah. Hopefully the rest of the messages from this one forward, will be on-topic. But I'm not sure.

yeah i had a small break from this thread because of that, really hope this doesn't get locked because people don't pay attention

To stay on topic tho, will X Sonic have his own Blue Skin colour or will it be the base blue?

Honestly I expect X Sonic to have a lot of difficulty in Mindscape.
Unless it was changed somehow, Zip Dash will significantly reduce your ability to turn or strafe (according to the early moveset plan) so both the long pits (I don't think you will be able to wall-run in any direction other than directly upwards) and water-running sections (provided Zip Dash actually allows running on water) will require some unorthodox solutions. You will have to forget about Ring Burst because, unless you are using cheats, you will only have 10 rings.
Boss phase 1... Well, I do see a way for X Sonic to consistently hit the boss but I wonder if it's going to work with the homing fires chasing him.

Good luck with that. Facciolo destroys most superforms and I doubt Dark X Sonic will be an exception.

Thanks BlueBlur. You, GoldenShine and metalwario EASILY have to be the best mod creators on the site. Looking forward to X sonic and the other 2 sonics you are working on. I'm very curious to see how dreamcast sonic differs from adventure sonic. And also the modern sonic update.

On Topic: In a Youtube comment that you replied to on the trailer, you said you ripped the synth sound from the Sonic x spinball. How many were you able you rip? or is it just one sound?

I've been wanting to ask this for a month now. but I feel like I'm pushing too hard. sorry if I am!

yeah i feel like lots of people in this discussion didn't read the rules, wich is anynoying. I know myself has been off topic sometime but now i make sure to be, and if i don't have anything to say, i just says: this mod is cool.

I think it depends if Dark Sonic doesn't count as a Super Form, only time can tell if X-Sonic can beat Mindscape.
