Hey guys, congrats on the release! I'm really loving all the changes made for 2.2!

Your favorite Paper Mario game is?

I love The Thousand-Year Door for its world and gameplay, and Super for its characters. I haven't played the original, but the more complicated level design sounds better than the more streamlined stuff in Thousand-Year Door. Overall, it's TTYD for me.

    Sonic Boom: Fire and Ice

I did buy the game out of curiosity after trying out the demo. So far, it's been the only Sonic game I've ever deleted from my game system's memory before beating it. I think the game is technically a well-made for a 3DS game (especially aesthetically), but it had several systematic flaws that...

What is your favourite Garfield comic strip?

I remember having an affinity for the Garfield & Friends TV show. I saw the segment "Mistakes will Happen" a few months ago, and I got a couple of chuckles out of it. Sorry, but I can't directly answer your question about my favorite strip. I was obsessed with Garfield too when I was younger...

How did you get your username?

I had a wombat character I created way back in elementary school. So I've always kind of associated my myself with them, especially in regards to usernames. The "warlord" was probably added because of alliteration and the "777" was tacked because back in 2008, I thought all good online personas...

What kind of advantage could video games give?

I like to play SimCity. I'd like to think that the game teaches you the extreme basics of how land use, land value, taxation and funding work together to affect how a city operates. Especially in the fourth game, where excess funds are much more difficult to come by, so you have to really...

Games that lots of people don't like, but you do.

If nothing else, Chaotix had awesome graphics. For the game's environment (a gigantic futuristic theme park), it had the exact right tone. I also really appreciated the time-of-day graphical gimmick, and it's something I wouldn't mind coming back. The only criticism I really have is that a lot...

Sonic Boom: A new Sonic cartoon series, coming Fall 2014

I can only really vouch for the show so far. I don't have a Wii U and I've just barely touched the 3DS version (verdict so far: okay, not worth full retail). Overall, I think the show has the right balance between comedy and action. I haven't really heard a line that was groan-worthy and I've...

Sonic Boom: A new Sonic cartoon series, coming Fall 2014

I think I'm in the minority when I say I liked Buster. I like dogs, and it'd be funny for a rough character like Sticks to have something she can perpetually roughhouse with without fear of it dying / being permanently destroyed. I genuinely hope we see Buster in future episodes.

Sonic Boom: A new Sonic cartoon series, coming Fall 2014

I dunno. I really didn't enjoy it at all. The game seems to be less about interacting with the level structure and gimmicks and more about pushing the right face buttons that deal with a single type of obstacle. The game is literally a string of quicktime events. If you had some variety in how...

Games that lots of people don't like, but you do.

I remember liking Bubsy 1 too, even though I haven't played it in over 15 years. True, it was floaty and Bubsy had the airborn momentum of a bag of leaves, but once you got used to the games physics it was really easily to get him to bounce on multiple enemies. I also prefer the simpler Genesis...

A Family Guy and The Simpsons crossover is coming soon!

^ That's pretty much my opinion of both shows, once awesome but now rather desperate dinosaurs. The ratings grab attempted by Brain's death was especially bad. It's always kind of embarrassing when two franchises that are passed their primes crossover in an attempt to stay relevant. Didn't the...

    Sonic Megamix is not dead

I've always liked Megamix. The level design of the first zones especially exploits the insane amount of speed that the characters easily gather, and there's plenty of normal platforming too. I can't wait to see Starry Night and the other revamped levels.

    Ultimate Flash Sonic

I will give Flash Sonic credit for having rail mechanics ahead of its time. In that game, if you land anywhere on a rail, you'll start grinding on it, whereas in the actual Sonic Advance 2, you have to land on a flat beginning section of a rail to start grinding. Which is totally confusing and...
